Surf and Kite Spot Gahlkow
This wind- and kitesurf spot functions from west wind to north wind to east wind. It is especially affected by Windsurfers as it gets kneedeep after a few metres already. Nevertheless the spot stays also a standing area away into the 'Bodden'.
The spot amounting to Gahlkow's 'Bungalowsiedlung' is especially affected by the native water sportsmen. The quiet located, untouched beach at the 'Greifswalder Bodden' is ideal to gain prime experiences with wind, water and waves. The water is shallow until up to 800 metres only. There is a parking spot directly at the street.
