Wheelchair camp at the Lubmin beach

This offer wants to eliminate barriers. The establishment offers handicapped accessible changing rooms, lockers and an accessible bathroom. The tent gives people in a wheelchair a private place to change. The tent can be reached by wheelchair thanks to panels that are laid out in the entrance area and you can switch to a beach-ready wheelchair. That gives handicapped people the opportunity to partake in the sea resort’s beach life. The wheelchairs are waterproof which means you can also go swimming in the extremely shallow Bodden water.

The location is close to a DRK rescue tower and offers 4 disabled parking. You can also reach the beach directly from the pier.

Guests that have a “Kurkarte” can use these facilities for free, without the card it will cost 5.00 €. The keys to the camp are available at the spa administration.
