Military Historical and Technical Museum Eggesin e.V.
The military history and technology museum in Eggesin in Western Pomerania offers a hands-on experience of military history. At the former site of the National People's Army (NVA) and current Bundeswehr site, guests can experience the development of the site from 1952 to the present. Among the exhibits are a tank fire-fighting truck and a T 34 tank.
The Army Museum exhibits equipment and objects from garrison life at the Eggesin site. In addition, a documentation shows the development of the NVA and the Bundeswehr from 1945 to the present. Vehicles, from two-wheelers to tanks, elaborately restored and presented to the visitor with attention to detail.
