Campsite Waldcamp Freest

A small paradise directly at the Peenestrom with a view to the Baltic Sea - beautifully located in an incomparable, natural lagoon area. Our campsite with its holiday houses abuts the existing nature reserve "Peenemündung" and has about 45,000 square meters area. The campsite consists of half a pine forest and a natural meadow with direct beach access, ca. 350 m. You can start your day tours withboat tour, a walk or go by bike to the most beautiful destinations of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania in Freest. For example, to the islands Usedom, Rügen, Ruden and Greifswalder Oie. The Usedom seaside resorts Zinnowitz, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck invite you to stroll on the beautiful promenades. You can leave every hour from the harbour in Freest with the passenger ferry to the island of Usedom.
