In May 2007 the Wappen von Ueckermünde was christened by Eva-Louise Köhler in her home port of Ueckermünde. Since then, the ship has been sailing on the Szczecin Lagoon and the Baltic Sea from May to October with a wide variety of groups. Whether for one day to get to know the ship or for several days with overnight stays on the ship, many things are possible. Up to ten people can come on board as guests, including up to four wheelchair users.

A two-man regular crew is ready to answer any questions that may arise.
Our goal is to sail as much as possible, so our sailing area depends on the weather and the sailing experience of the crew.

Hoisting the sails together, setting a big ship in motion and dealing with yourself and the other crew members in a limited space makes a sailing trip unforgettable and unique.

Accessibility information

• Below deck you can reach with a wheelchair of 63 cm width by means of two stair lifts.
• You will find a fully equipped kitchen and two barrier-free toilets with shower function, twelve bunks, six of them barrier-free, and a spacious mess.
• The sails can be operated from the deck and the navigation table and all technical equipment are also accessible.
• The bridge, mess and galley have tables that can be moved underneath.
• The oven and a refrigerator in the galley are at eye level while seated.
• There is no inductive hearing system or alarm on board.
• Assistance dogs are not allowed on the boat.
