Youth Hostel 100Haus
Just before Usedom lies our lovely town of Wolgast and the 100Haus. In imperial times a girls' school, today a creative upcycling hostel and destination for groups and classes of all ages. We offer everything young people want: Lots of free space, strong WLAN, delicious food, creative dormitories and great experiences.
The more than 100-year-old brick building from the imperial era now offers a concept tailored to children's and youth travel as an upcycling and adventure hostel.
With 16 individually furnished theme rooms and an ingenious stacking bed system that allows the distribution of 58 sleeping places on about 100 beds, the 100Haus easily offers space for 2 class sizes and more. The whole concept and the creative idea design of the theme rooms, partly equipped with mezzanines, is based on the cooperation with local students under the main theme "My dream school - 100% school free". In this way, the 100Haus could be perfectly adapted to children's and teenagers' needs. In addition to the dormitories, we have a large auditorium that can be converted to almost any purpose, a creative room, a dining room, a large kitchen and newly built hygiene facilities.
Inclusion is also not an issue with us. A wheelchair lift and bicycle ramps provide barrier-free access to the house. A handicapped-accessible bathroom and level rooms ensure accommodation.
Our house was awarded with the 3rd place of the ADAC tourism award in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
