Sailing on the Baltic Sea coast

Charter your own boat or sail on a traditional ship

Set the sails and discover the southern Baltic Sea along the coast of Vorpommern from the waterside during your sailing holiday. Whether as a fellow sailor or experienced sailor of a chartered boat - let yourself drift with sailing offers or set new records on your own trips. Cruise off the islands of Rügen, Hiddensee and Usedom, in the bays of Barth or Greifswald or steer up the river Peene and the Szczecin Lagoon and enjoy the hospitality on historic estates, in manor houses, on fish markets, in restaurants and real harbour pubs. All Hands On Deck - lots of fun, good wind and always a hand's breadth of water under the keel!

Sailing and arrival in Vorpommern

The choice of ports is varied and large. The Baltic Sea coast of Vorpommern is lined with small, idyllic natural harbours, quietly situated and far away from any tourist streams, as well as certified star marinas with extensive service offers for your sailing yacht and upscale gastronomy. And you will find a fish roll everywhere anyway. The jetties of the Hanseatic towns of Greifswald, Stralsund, Anklam or Wolgast are usually only a few minutes' walk from the city centre. And the national park Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft as well as the nature parks Flusslandschaft Peenetal and Am Stettiner Haff are a paradise for nature experiences not only for bird lovers.
