Vorpommern is perfect for all kinds of outdoor sports. Whether you choose walking or Nordic walking, hiking or jogging – it will surely make you feel good. Enjoy the unique and beautiful landscape, the healthy sea breeze and the joy of being together with your family or friends.

 

 

Jogging

 

The following sports are briefly introduced; you decide whichever you like best.

Hiking: hiking is no doubt healthy; however, hiking up- and downhill may harm your knees. Therefore, moving on an even surface is much better for your knees. To avoid additional weight, you shouldn't carry a heavy rucksack.

Jogging: When you jog, your knees absorb up to five times your body weight. Overweight and untrained beginners are therefore advised to improve their condition by walking.

Walking: Walking is the sporty version of going; it includes, however, a movement of the arms. It's a gentle fitness training and very good for the cardiovascular system. Thus it's ideal for beginners and people of low condition.
